Okay everyone, Tori Spelling wants you to know that she totally has not faked any part of True Tori because it’s completely ridiculous to think otherwise. And she can tell you why it’s impossible too.
Because, as she says, she’s just not that good of an actress.
See? Case closed.
Except, maybe that’s the problem? Because the reason rumors exist may be because, and I’m just throwing this out there: because Tori’s right and she’s just not that good of an actress?
All kidding aside, I’m not sure what the uproar or whatever you’d call it is all about. I mean, reality television is hardly ever reality. And when you’re Tori Spelling, your life is hardly reality as most people know it anyway. So a little non reality mixed with Tori Spelling reality is pretty much going to seem ridiculous no matter what. Which is kinda why she got her own reality show in the first place.
Anyway, Tori made the comments about it all during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live. The host, Andy Cohen, asked if she was surprised by the claims that she was lying and playing things up for the camera she said she was “Completely shocked.”
Jennie Garth took up for her, stating, “How could you even fake that?”
And then came: “I’m frankly not that good of an actress!”
She clarified that she wasn’t good at drama, but in comedy she excelled .
EXACTLY, Tori. That’s all I’m saying.
Also, in case you wanted to know, she did not plan any sort of ratings boosting trickery when she confronted Emily Goodhand (McDermott’s mistress).
Yup. Not buying it. And I still say she’s missing the point that she’s simply not that great of an actor. And in her defense- no one is on reality TV. I think tis’ something to do with the awkwardness of it all. I’d say, anyone that can pull that mess off without looking like a complete troll should win an Oscar.
