Neon Trees, “1983” music video
Rising stars Neon Trees showcase their outgoing, energetic, and light hearted nature in a new music video for their single “1983,” off their debut album Habits. The Paul Coy Allen directed video is full of awesome, and even features a surprising cameo by Mr. Corey Feldman who reprises his iconic Lost Boys character Edgar Frog.
Details and video after the jump!
Neon Trees are every bit as vibrant as their name implies. Their catchy pop hooks are reminiscent of artists like The Killers, and their organic based sound offers a mix of emotions most all can relate to. As for “1983,” much of the same can be said of it and I can pretty much guarantee that it will be stuck in your head. I know it’s stuck in mine- but I don’t mind, and most likely you won’t either.
The band is currently finishing up their headlining tour stateside, set to go overseas in early November. Their debut album, Habits, spawned their certified gold hit single, “Animal.”
Upcoming U.S Neon Trees headlining shows:
- October 20 Tallahassee, FL Potbelly’s
- October 21 Birmingham, AL Work Play Theater
