Celebrity Gossip Heard All Over The Web

Sherri Shepherd Leaving The View, Jenny McCarthy Might Be Rolling Out Too!

It’s official! This will be the last season of The View for Sherri Shepherd. The co-host announced that she will be leaving the talk show after 7 years.

“It’s been seven wonderful years on The View and after careful consideration it is time for me to move on,” Sherri said in a statement to Entertainment Tonight.

Jenny McCarthy, who’s only been on the show for one season, responded to the news with some tweets that implied she might be leaving herself pretty soon.

TMZ has suggested that both Sherri and Jenny (if she really is leaving), are not going voluntarily, but had been fired due to ratings and personality conflicts. The site also said that Bill Geddie, the executive producer, would not be returning to the show either. An anonymous source told Entertainment Weekly that Sherri might just be replaced by a male co-host next fall. A statement from ABC did not make the firing rumors any better. “’The View’ will be moving in an exciting new direction next season and ABC has made decisions to evolve the show creatively,” the network said, according to Huffington Post.

This change to the lineup would leave Whoopi Goldberg as the sole host of the show, since Barbara Walters is retiring after this season. ABC is really going to have to work to find some great new faces. I would say it’s time to hang up the hat on the show, but I still think the concept of the show is and always has been great. Bringing together hosts with different views  to discuss hot topics in the world, whether politics, world events, or pop culture, has really worked for the show. That’s why other talk shows have been created along the same line. Hopefully, ABC is able to bring together a good lineup!

Whoopi Goldberg: “I Don’t Give A F**K” Who Takes Hasselbeck’s Place

Whoopi Goldberg is opinionated and we’ve seen her dish it out hardcore on ABC’s The View and personally, I love every minute of Whoopi’s rants…whether I agree with them or not is another story. So when she was asked about who she thinks is going to replace Elisabeth Hasselbeck on the show, she definitely gave more than her two cents.

She said, and I quote, “Let me tell you this about The View: I take a paycheck every other week. That’s all I do. I could give a s**t what comes. I do my job — I have a contract. That’s where I stand. I don’t give a f**k.”

And Whoopi doesn’t exactly care who it is that she works with because she’s not there to make friends anyhow!

“Whatever y’all want. Just make sure my check doesn’t bounce!” She went onto add, “I don’t care. That’s not my job… My job is to show up and be cute by 11 o’clock and get the f**k off that show by 12. And that’s what I try to do.”

Well, okay then!

Yet she didn’t stop there either.

“I think it’s the only way to keep your sanity because these are not decisions that I get to make,” she said. “It ain’t my show. It’s Barbara’s show.”

So there you have it, peeps. Whoopi don’t give a flying f**k! Gotta love this woman.

Celebs Rip Mitt Romney For His “47%” Remarks

As we all know by now, Mitt Romney is a danger to himself when he has a microphone near by. Romney’s latest campaign headache is a video showing him telling wealthy donors that almost half of all Americans “believe they are victims” entitled to extensive government support. He added that as a candidate for the White House, “my job is not to worry about those people.”

He even gave an exact number, 47%.

While Romney could care less about this “47%”, celebs from all over are ripping him 100%.

Whoopi Goldberg, Ashley Judd, Eva Longoria and Mia Farrow are just several of the celebrities on Twitter who have been disgusted by the Republican Presidential candidate’s remarks.

Whoopi Farts on The View (VIDEO)

Did Whoopi fart on The View this morning? It sure as heck sounded like it.

If you were watching ABC’s The View during the Claire Danes interview segment you may have noticed a resounding big fat frog-like trumpet, heralding an uncomfortable moment for Danes. That was Whoopi Goldberg’s butt.
