Celebrity Gossip Heard All Over The Web

WATCH: Beyoncé and Jay Z Kick Off On The Run Tour in Miami!

Power couple Beyoncé and Jay Z kicked off their On The Run Tour just last night at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium, and the Internet is going crazy! The Carters performed a 40-song set list (YES FORTY!)of some of their greatest hits, including collaborations with each other, like “’03 Bonnie and Clyde,” “Upgrade You,” and the latest, “Part II (On The Run).”

The couple also got personal, sharing private home videos for their fans of their secret wedding back in April 2008 as well as time spent with daughter Blue Ivy during a performance of “Forever Young” and “Halo.” Fans saw Bey’s beautiful white wedding gown and veil, as well as Jay looking rather nice in a tuxedo. The Carters also showed them getting their famous “IV” tattoos on their wedding ring fingers before the ceremony (the number four is a very significant number to them, representing Beyonce’s birthday on September 4, Jay Z’s birthday on December 4, and their wedding date, April 4), as well as the moment when Jay officially put a ring on it!

Blue Ivy was, of course, also featured, as their parents performed. “There were videos of Blue in the pool with her mom, walking holding hands with her parents, Jay Z kissing Blue,” an audience member said to Us Weekly. “It was a sweet moment — Jay Z and Beyoncé were both facing the screen watching the Blue videos while they sang ‘Halo.’ It was like they were singing the song to their baby girl. The two of them were beaming, smiling watching their little girl on the screen.” Check out some of Blue below!

The 16-date tour continues on June 28, hitting Cincinnati, OH next, and will continue on throughout July and the first week of August, before culminating in Paris on September 12 and 13.

This is going to be an AMAZING tour!

Beyoncé and Jay-Z Announce On The Run Tour

It’s been speculated for weeks that music’s prime couple, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, would be going on a tour TOGETHER! Many of us called it the Mr. and Mrs. Carter Tour, but now the couple has officially announced that they will be heading out on the road this summer for the On The Run Tour!

The tour, named after their “Part II (On the Run)” single, will start June 25 in Miami, going to major cities such as Philadelphia, Dallas, Toronto and Chicago, and wrapping up on Aug. 5 in San Francisco. The weird thing is though, is that there’s no New York dates…yet! I think that more stops will be announced later on, and I’m hoping for a D.C. stop!

Tour dates are as follows:

6/25 – Miami, FL @ Sun Life Stadium
6/28 – Cincinnati, OH @ Great American Ball Park
7/1 – Foxborough, MA @ Gillette Stadium
7/5 – Philadelphia, PA @ Citizens Bank Park
7/7 – Baltimore, MD @ M and T Bank Stadium
7/9 – Toronto, ON @ Rogers Centre
7/11 – East Rutherford, NJ @ MetLife Stadium
7/15 – Atlanta, GA @ Georgia Dome
7/18 – Houston, TX @ Minute Maid Park
7/20 – New Orleans, LA @ Mercedes-Benz Superdome
7/22 – Arlington, TX @ AT&T Stadium
7/24 – Chicago, IL @ Soldier Field
7/27 – Winnipeg, MB @ Investors Group Field
7/30 – Seattle, WA @ Safeco Field
8/2 – Pasadena, CA @ Rose Bowl
8/5 – San Francisco, CA @ AT&T Park

Exclusive tickets for the tour  go on sale Tuesday morning to members of the Beyhive, with a general sale to the public supposed to be happening Friday.

All I can say is this is going to be a MAJOR tour! I love seeing Jay and Bey’s chemistry on stage, so I can only imagine a tour with them together! I’m also hearing that tickets prices range from $45 to $250, so that’s definitely affordable to see this power couple! Hopefully they add on more later dates, though, because I’ll be out of the country on the Baltimore date (*tears*).

Miley Cyrus Postpones Remainder of U.S. Leg of the Bangerz Tour

Sorry Smilers! Some of you may have to wait a little while to see your fave in concert. Miley Cyrus has officially postponed the remaining U.S. dates for her Bangerz tour, after being hospitalized for an allergic reaction to antibiotics.

Seven shows have been rescheduled, and the tour will resume on August 1st with a stop in Uniondale, New York. She acknowledged the dates that have been been rescheduled on Twitter.

Two additional dates will take place in Pittsburgh and Chicago.

Miley was hospitalized on April 15th and placed on medical rest, which, unfortunately, led to the cancellation of her shows in Kansas City and St. Louis. She had also canceled her Charlotte, North Carolina show the week before.

“Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour,” said an official statement that Miley posted to Twitter for her fans. “She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin which she’s now suffered an allergic reaction to. This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans.”

Miley is still scheduled to hit Europe on May 2nd, starting off her leg overseas in Amsterdam.

I’m hoping that she gets well soon! Maybe after this tour, the girl will take a little bit of a break, and relax for a while.

Beyoncé Gets Emotional During Final Night of The Mrs Carter Show

Mrs. Carter’s run has come to an end for now. Beyoncé and her team said goodbye to the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in Lisbon, Portugal, on March 27. The tour is the highest selling tour of Bey’s career, with her grossing over $200 million dollars!

The singer got a little choked up at the show in front of her fans, expressing her feelings about her accomplishments over the past year:

If y’all didn’t know, tonight makes 132 shows. Tonight is the last show of the Mrs. Carter Show. We started a year ago. I wanna say this has been such a journey. In the past year, we’ve been through so much together, the Super Bowl, shooting the videos, all of these shows.

When I first started the tour, my baby was not even walking. I just want you to know that I am so lucky. I’m giving ya’ll the ugly cry. Thank you for allowing me to have a career, and when I fall, you lift me up. And when I’m hungry, you feed me. And I just want to give you my light.

Check out Bey tearing up as she closes out the show with “XO” below!

Now, I have to admit, I LOVE Bey, but I’m a little salty at her that she’s not coming back to the U.S. to perform the songs off the new album. I saw her first U.S. leg of the show last summer before the album dropped. It was for the first time, so I was excited regardless. However, it would’ve been great to see the new songs too. Now, granted, a lot of us have already seen the performances on YouTube by zealous fans filming on their cameras with shaky hands. That’s no where near the same as season this woman live! So I’m a little upset as a stan, but I understand that after 132 shows, she needs time to relax. I’ll catch her again the next go round. UNLESS she decides to randomly pop up with another tour announcement later on this year like she did with the album (Maybe a Mr. and Mrs. Carter Show…!). It might sound like wishful thinking, but, hey, I honestly thought after a long time of hope that the album wasn’t coming until later this year, and look! Keep hope alive people!

Justin Timberlake Announces Album Release Date and World Tour

The 20/20 Experience, JT has announced that the sequel is coming sooner than we thought–September 30 to be exact!

The singer posted a pic on Instagram Sunday, showing him playing a guitar in a recording studio. In the foreground is a handwritten sign with the message “The 20/20 Experience (2 of 2) Sept. 30th.” The caption read: “#2020Experience2of2 #TheTNKids,” referring to the album and his new fans, The Tennessee Kids (Justin hails from Memphis, TN).

JT also made the big announcement that he will be embarking on a world tour this fall. The North American leg will kick off on Oct. 31 in Montreal, and will hit 21 other cities.

The release of  The 20/20 Experience really showed how much fans missed JT! The album sold 968,000 copies its first week and becoming the fastest-selling album worldwide in iTunes history! So all the more reason for Justin to put out new music and head out to tour (as long as it’s quality work, which I’m sure it will be!). Gotta strike while the iron is hot!

I’m in love with the album, and can’t wait to see what else Justin comes up with this year!
