Ellen Is Working On Getting Those Two British Girls A Movie Deal

New York Times Best Selling authors, Sophia Grace and Rosie make an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Monday, February 18th. Ellen chats with the girls about their book “Tea Time With Sophia Grace and Rosie” debuting on the New York Times Children’s Best Sellers list. Plus, Sophia Grace and Rosie announce their guest roles on Nickelodeon’s “Sam & Cat” airing this spring.

Check out the highlights below.

Ellen: Do you even understand how big a deal that you debuted at number two on the New York Times Best Sellers List for the Children’s Books? And then, you just finished shooting a sitcom. Is it “Sam & Cat?”

Sophia: Yes, “Sam & Cat “ on Nickelodeon?

Ellen: And, how was that? Did you enjoy it?

Sophia: It was brilliant. I love it. In the program we’re two English little girls and Sam and Cat are babysitting us and I’m called Gwen and she (Rosie) is called Ruby and we’re con artists.

Ellen: You’re con artists. I was going to ask you if you’re playing your selves but you’re not.

Sophia: No we’re not.

Ellen: And what’s the difference between a sit-com set and a set like this?

Sophia: Well, it’s different because everything I touch on “The Ellen Show” is perfectly still and I leaned on something a Nickelodeon and it wobbled it bit and I went….this is not right , and I went oh, yeah. It’s just a set.

Rosie: Because the walls aren’t actually up on the other wall so they just built it not that high so….it’s just not a real wall.

Ellen: No, (Laughing) Way to bring it home.

Ellen: So you’re acting now. You got a book so many things going on. What do you want that you haven’t accomplished yet. What would you like to have this year? You like?

Sophia: A film of me and Rosie.

Ellen: A film…I’m going to try and make that happen.

Well if you are sick of these little girls, I hate to tell ya but they aren’t going anywhere as long as Ellen is in their corner.
