The 2014 BET Awards just aired last night, and it was a great show to watch! Hosted by comedian Chris Rock at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre, the night had a lot of great moments, including performances from Pharrell, Nicki Minaj, and more, a great throwback medley by Usher, and an amazing tribute to Lifetime Achievement winner Lionel Richie!

It’s my ultimate FAVORITE music awards show of the year, the American Music Awards (AMA’s) and the nominees for the 2011 show have just been announced.

The show is set to air on ABC on November 20th live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and will also feature an online pre-show hosted Lance Bass, Michael Buckley, Estelle, Sarah Hyland, Mitchel Musso, Josh Sussman and Xzibit.

The Golden Globe Nominations

Angie and Johnny are among some of the surprise nominees for the 68th Golden Globes.

The Golden Globe nominations were announced this morning, and I must say I was surprised by a few. I think the biggest snub was to True Grit, which got shutout. The Fighter showed to be a true contender and the Hollywood Foreign Press adore Johnny Depp. I’d say I was about 60% correct with my predictions.
