Ne-Yo Verbally Slaps Pop Stars

After we report this, there are going to be alot of artists out there that might be in danger of receiving a verbal slap.

R&B singer Ne-Yo, who recently headlined at Jazz in the Gardens Festival in Miami NE-YO(c)2013A.NEFFKINGhas a few choice words for singers that cannot bring it live and without the aid of technological advancements that have resulted in vocal insanity over the last decade. The singer had this to say when asked about the heated issue of artists pressing PLAY and moving their mouths…

“As an artist, you need to learn to sing or dance, or sing and dance at the same time. That’s your job. You can’t be a mechanic, but let somebody else fix the car. Why would they bring it to you? They’d just take it to the guy who’s fixing it. The same thing is true about being an artist. If I want to hear what you sound like on the CD, I’ll just listen to the CD,”

And the singer wasn’t finished there. He also went on the attack towards singers that would rather set the stage on fire than utter a note.

“If you don’t sing so well, or dance so well, and you need a bunch of pyro, smoke and mirrors to cover up that fact, I have an issue, because I’ll feel like I haven’t got my money’s worth,” he said.

WIth so many artists guilty of this these days, we want to know who he could be verbally slapping?

Our guess would be ALL of the above!
