Celebrity Gossip Heard All Over The Web

Glee’s Matthew Morrison is Married

A gleeful weekend indeed! Glee’s own Matthew Morrison got married in Hawaii this weekend!

The actor shared on a pic on Twitter today of him and his new wife, Renee Puente, smiling right after saying “I do” in front of family and friends. Renee looked absolutely gorgeous in a Gustavo-designed ivory gown, complete with a floral headpiece in keeping with the island feel. Matthew wore a Brooks Brothers tuxedo with a green maile lei around his neck.

What’s crazy is that Hurricane Ana was swirling around Hawaii as well, but the weather managed to hold up. Matthew tweeted, “Conquered Hurricane Ana and got married! Most amazing week EVER. It’s my pleasure to introduce, my WIFE, Mrs. Renee Marie Morrison!!” A hurricane threat wasn’t going to stop this show!

According to E! News, the couple kept the nuptials intimate, exchanging vows in front of about 50 family members and friends. The wedding took place in Maui on a private estate. What’s even more special is that Renee did a special Hula performance for Matt, and he even joined her later for their own couple’s version! They also performed a duet of Laura Benanti’s “Starry Eyed/Video Games.”

Too cute! Congrats to the happy couple!

Glee’s Heather Morris Reportedly Engaged

Engagements and marriages galore! Looks like Glee’s Heather Morris is reportedly engaged to her longtime boyfriend Taylor Hubble.

This engagement is no big shock, though. They’ve been together since high school, and Heather has already known for quite some time that he was the one for her. “I want to marry Taylor and have kids with him!” she said in an interview with Fitness back in 2011. The couple welcomed a son, Elijah, in September 2013.

According to Star, they are planning a February 2015 wedding in California. “They are on cloud nine,” a source says. Regarding their engagement, Us Weekly reports, “They’re super happy together and it just made sense.”

Aww cute! Congrats to them!

Glee’s Chris Colfer Hacked But Isn’t Alone

When Glee‘s Chris Colfer’s Twitter account was hacked fans went crazy. Why? Because the hacker tweeted that Colfer would be leaving Glee and that was hit with a big, resounding, NOPE, from Twitter-land, which then carried over to internet-land as a whole.

His manager has sense released a statement that he will indeed be returning for the final season of the show on Fox. The actor has already signed a contract so that he can complete season six. The actor, on a mid-Atlantic flight, was unable to update Twitter due to lack of Wi-Fi.

Studio 20th Century Fox Television also released a statement letting fans and viewers know that he will be on the next season of Glee. “We’ve been alerted that Chris Colfer’s Twitter account has been hacked. Rumors of his dismissal from Glee could not be further from the truth. We love Chris and look forward to working with him again this season.” The offending tweet has since been removed.

But apparently, Colfer wasnt’ the only Glee star whose Twitter account was hacked. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lea Michele’s account was also hacked, tweeting a pregnancy announcement. Lea’s publicist confirmed that the tweet was due to a hack.

Colfer himself returned to his Twitter account to renounce the previous tweet, something he wasn’t able to do at first due to his lack of internet access.

And there you have it. Chris will be back. Lea is maybe not pregnant (hey, the publicist said she’d been hacked. I didn’t hear a pregnancy renunciation.) All is right with the world.

Lea Michele’s Tearful Farewell to Cory Monteith on ‘Glee’

In case you missed the Glee tribute show for Cory Monteith, you missed Lea Michele belt out a very stirring rendition of Bob Dylan’s “Make You Feel My Love.” But do not fear, we have it here from our good pals at Hulu.

The entire cast remembered Finn and Cory Monteith in the most beautiful way. It didn’t come off corny or cheesy, but the cast presented the show in a way that stayed true to the show and the way Cory would have wanted it.

Yes, there were moments of tears and sadness, but there were definitely some happy moments as well.

This Lea Michele performance was a hard one to watch for sure. Get the tissues out, peeps. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Dianna Agron not Invited to Glee Tribute Episode?

dianna_agron

Apparently, there’s no love lost for Dianna Agron on the set of Glee. The former cast mate was snubbed (aka: not invited) to the show’s tribute episode, dedicated to the late Cory Monteith, and now, according to a “high-level source” from the show, the answer is simple.

They just don’t like her.

“It’s shocking, because even though she’s not contracted for this season, many other actors returned to pay tribute to Cory..even the ones with less of a story connection to Finn than Dianna [sic] had,” the source told RadarOnline.

He’s referring to the fact that Agron’s character once played Finn’s girlfriend on the show, making the fact that she was left out of the tribute episode all the more strange.

So what’s the problem?

That same source says that Monteith’s girlfriend, Lea Michele, along with the show’s co-creator, Ryan Murphy, “intensely dislike Dianna and have both worked to marginalize her as much as possible.”

Something about her not being a “team player” and concern she’d be “sharing the glory for this very special episode.”

Of course, I feel like there’s more to the story than this, because this reasoning seems petty. And, it feels like it’s an unnecessary distraction from a very heartfelt episode. None of the outside noise matters- or rather, it shouldn’t.

Glee’s Heather Morris Welcomes Baby Boy!

heather_morris

I love celebrity baby time, and not just because of the super fun names. Nope. It’s because baby’s are exciting. As long, of course, if they’re not your own baby keeping you up at night. Because then the excitement comes and goes, if I’m honest.

So who has had a baby in celebrity baby land? None other than Glee’s Heather Morris and long time boyfriend Taylor Hubbell, who welcomed a son. And since we all love celebrity baby names, Heather and Taylor have reportedly named their little guy Elijah. Aww, right?

Sincerest congratulations to the new parents and much love! I can assure you the good definitely outweighs those sleepless nights.

Jane Lynch’s Ex-Piece Wants It To Rain!!

And when we say rain, we mean checks, checks, and more checks!

Remember a couple of months ago when we reported that everything was going smoothly and amicably for actress Jane Lynch and her wife of three years, Lara Embry?

How quickly things change!

Jane, who still supports gay marriage, may also be about to support gay homicide. It seems that Embry is asking for mucho dinero now – to the tune of $93,000 a month!

Escandalo!

Who needs that much money a month? They were only married for three years! All she should get with that is the box set (collector’s edition of course) of The L Word!

What is more shocking is that Lynch is not scoffing at the amount. Let’s see how much she shells out in the long run.

Stay tuned…

‘Glee’ Production Delayed

The sudden and tragic death of actor Corey Monteith has delayed the schedule of Glee as producers and writers of the show figure out how to write his character out of the show. The Fox show has been pushed back Glee-Cast-glee-9252428-600-42917069to September 26th as the season premiere instead of the originally planned September 13th debut.

Creator and writer on the show, Ryan Murphy, has finally answered some of the questions revolving around the moves they are making. When specifically asked about Monteith’s struggles with drug addiction, Murphy had this to say:

“It’s always sad and shocking when somebody so young dies, but one of the things that made it even more upsetting is that so many of us who knew and loved him were actively involved in trying to get him better.”

How will the series handle his passing and his character’s role? You’ll have to catch up with the new season in a few weeks to find out.

Corey Monteith Found Dead in Vancouver

Corey Monteith, co-star of ‘Glee‘, who has been very upfront and forthcoming about his struggles with addiction, has died in Vancouver yesterday, according to sources. Vancouver police were called to the scene after hotel workers at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel contacted them when he did not check out on time. Details are still emerging, but early report had Monteith in his room with some friends earlier and then hitting the town and returning later alone to his room.

Monteith, who has been dating his co-star Lea Michele for over a year, had just recently finished a second stint in rehab.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

Corey Monteith was 31.

Our condolences to his family.

NeNe Leakes Re-Marries Her Ex

NeNe Leakes may be able to fly off about the handle about alot of things, but when it comes to the man in her life for most of the past 15 years, it seems like she just cannot say no to him. ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ and ‘The New Normal’1357306675_nene-leakes-gregg-article star exchanged vows with Gregg Leakes over the weekend in Atlanta at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel.

And in the perfect timing and twist (*eyeroll*), the two will document their rekindled romance and new life in a spin-off from her show entitled ‘I Dream of NeNe’, coming this fall. Surely, someone will be watching this drivel!

Jane Lynch Is a Single Woman

Ain’t no glee in this news.

Jane Lynch, one of the stars of the Fox show ‘Glee’, has just announced her impending divorce from her wife of three years, Dr. Lara Embry. The two tied the knot legally in Massachusetts and the comedic actress issued a formal statement to the press:

“Lara and I have decided to end our marriage. This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another.”

Now comes the issue of assets. Allegedly, the couple don’t have a prenuptial agreement, which means that one of them may be a bit more wealthier than the other after all is said is done. Although Lynch’s wife is a doctor, she is certainly not making ‘Glee’ money.

Expect details to come out soon!jane

Singer Charice Comes Out

108803-charice_portrait_2_617_409

One of the most famous young pop singers in Asia (and a former cast member of ‘Glee’) has come out.

Appearing in her homeland of The Philippines, the 21-year-old singer was asked if she were a lesbian by a reporter. The singer then outed herself and thanked her fans and denounced her foes all in a few sentences….

“I have deep gratitude for the Filipinos because they are the ones who know who I really am. I don’t know what the problem is because for me, there is no problem with that. So now I ask for forgiveness from those who don’t understand. And those who cannot accept. I apologize: I understand you. To those who could accept, and who could accept me, thank you very, very much. I just want to say to all of you that I feel very light – that I can leave the house knowing I am not hiding anything….I love myself, that’s why I’m able to do this.”

Congratulations to Charice and hopefully this news will not derail her promising career.

Heather Morris: Preggers!

0407-heather-morris-splash-3

There seems to be a serious case of the babies going around Hollywood of late. Halle’s knocked up all of a sudden. And now a cast member from Glee! As long as no one says that Amanda Bynes or Lindsay Lohan is with child this week, we can handle anything!

Heather Morris may play a trysexual ditz on Glee, but in real life, she has been with her boyfriend Taylor Hubbell for a few years. And now comes word that she is also three months along (just like Ms. Berry) with her first child. The triple-threat was seen out and about this past weekend and was snapped up with her belly bump just beginning to emerge from underneath her workout shirt.

Congrats to the couple and here’s to a healthy baby!

Cory Monteith Checks Into Rehab

THERMAL, CA - APRIL 14: Actor Cory Monteith attends day 1 of LACOSTE L!VE Hosts a desert pool party in celebration of Coachellaon April 14, 2012 in Thermal, California. (Photo by John Sciulli/WireImage)

Cory Monteith of Glee fame has recently checked himself voluntarily into a rehabilitation center and made a statement through his representative to the press about his stint.

Monteith “has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction,” his publicist told People magazine. “He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”

Monteith plays the role of Finn Hudson in the ensemble Fox series. His co-star on the show and girlfriend in real life, Lea Michele, has pledged her support for him during this time. This is not his first time struggling with substance abuse problems. The 30-year-old actor has discussed his previous bouts with substance abuse over the years. In an interview dating back to 2011, he came clean about his rehab stint at the age of 19. He will miss the last two episodes of the current season of Glee as he starts rehabilitation.

Kudos to Monteith for voluntarily facing his demons. If only other celebrities would be so adult-like to confront their problems head on instead of traipsing off to South America to drown in more sweet nectar and ‘ski’.

It’s Heather Morris’ Turn, Apparently

Because White Girl Wasted syndrome has struck through a bevy of Hollywood’s C to D list starlets: Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Bynes, Hayden Panettiere and now? Heather Morris, the ditzy blonde from Glee, has thrown her tresses into the circle too. This may be a mild case of WGW, but we all know how that leads to the gateway of full fledged f*ckery.

These days in Hollywood, it seems to me that if you are blonde (real or peroxide), under the age of 30, and have access to a car, you are this close to vehicular madness at each and every turn. If it’s not one of them flashing us with her un-pantied poon, driving over pedestrians, hit & runs, et cetera…I think it’s safe to say: if you’re in Hollywood?

Use the subway!

Heather Morris’ problem pales in comparison, but I prefer to cover this now, so when she becomes a full fledged member of the White Girl Wasted brigade, I can testify that I knew her way back when.

It seems that Heather doesn’t know what the word sidewalk means. Because she has been parking her car on it the last few nights and her neighbors are about to ring her bell…in more ways than one. An investigation into Morris’ driving records shows that she’s had five parking tickets since August.

Consider this foreshadowing, folks. She’s gonna blow any minute!!
