Celebrity Gossip Heard All Over The Web
Remember when Charlie Sheen was fired from Two and a Half Men and we thought we had seen the last of him and then he went on that massive tour where he made obscene amounts of money offering up tomfoolery and then again we’d thought we’d heard the end of him? Then he was tapped to head Anger Management and we thought it would never see the light of day? Well, that little show that couldn’t possibly right the Sheen ship has indeed done just that and now critics are scratching their heads as to how Sheen manages to land on his feet when most crackheads fall by the wayside.
Sheen’s Anger Management on FX pulled in the biggest numbers for that network’s for that network’s history, delivering over 5.5 million viewers in its debut. If these numbers hold up over ten episodes, the network will be forced to order 90 episodes of the series, which would make it ripe for syndication, which would in turn make Sheen rich all over again, which would mean that we would all be subjected yet again to a future streak of rented titty balls, coke runs, and bar brawls.
Let’s keep those ratings up, folks!!!
Charlie Sheen, Russell Brand, Elijah Wood and W. Kamau Bell, among many others came out to celebrate the premieres of their new comedy shows on FX at the FX Summer Comedies Party.
Showing up fashionably late to the FX Summer Comedies Party at Lure in Hollywood was Charlie Sheen. Immediately he had a crowd flocking around him. Everyone in the room had their eyes locked on him all evening…probalby His TV comeback with the starring role in ‘Anger Management’ premiering tonight on FX is highly anticipated.
All eyes were on Russell Brand as he walked the aqua carpet at the FX Summer Comedies Party at Lure last night. Unfortunately Brand couldn’t celebrate and left immediately after walking the carpet to finish editing his new comedy show, “BrandX” which he is not only the star in but also the producer.
Grabbing a glass of champagne as soon as he arrived to the FX Summer Comedies Party at the same club last night was Elijah Wood who was celebrating the premiere of his highly anticipated new comedy, ‘Wilfred’ debuting tonight on FX as well.
W.Kamau Bell was all smiles, mingling with network execs and fellow FX actors last night at the FX Summer Comedies Part. Bell was celebrating his new comedy show ‘Totally Biased With W. Kamau Bell’ which is produced by Chris Rock which will also air.

Our favorite warlock and master of all things Tiger Blood Charlie Sheen (aka Masheen) stopped by Late Night last night to talk to Jimmy about his crazy year last year before dishing on his new show, Anger Management. Plus, don’t miss Sheen AKA Rick “The Wild Thing” Vaughn step into the batting cage with former MLB infielder Todd Zeile.
Check out the interview and Masheen’s baseball skills below.

Love this guy.
Let me file this one under ‘Red, White, and RAWNG’…
There are sure signs that the world is ending. First, Lindsay Lohan keeps getting employed. Second, Dick Clark is no longer alive to ring in 2013. Now comes word that Charlie Sheen, one of the original Kings of R&B (rocks & booze) has been cast as the President of the United States. Now, that is a world that I not only do not want to live in, but would not wish upon my worst enemy. Apparently, director Robert Rodriguez sees the funny in this casting because Sheen is set to portray the leader of the free world in Machete Kills, the sequel to the B-movie flick Machete.
Rodriguez hopped on his Twitter account to let the world know:
“I just cast Charlie Sheen in #machetekills as the President of the United States! Who better? More soon…”
This is just all kinds of wrong. It’s people like Rodriguez that keeps crackheads employed. He last hired Lindsay Lohan for a role in Machete when she should have been in rehab. But take heart, people, because if Sheen is truly retiring as he proclaims, this will be one of his last roles!
Charlie Sheen is already announcing his retirement from the acting business. After he finishes up his upcoming FX show Anger Management, he says he is throwing in the mudder focking towel. And to that we say, BOO!!!
Masheen, as I like to call him, told the New York Times, “I’ve got a dream life as a direct result of television, you know? But at some point you just get tired of wearing somebody else’s clothes, saying somebody else’s words and working in somebody else’s space. When I’m done with this business it’s just going to be about soccer games and amusement parks. And when this ends, I’m done. This is my swan song… There’s a lot more out there to do than make-believe, you know?”
Well I don’t think that he will be going anywhere too soon as a second season of the show has been picked up by FX even before its June 28th premiere.
I mean cripes, we don’t need the guy having any extra time on his hands. Do we? Stick to your craft, Masheen! Don’t go!
Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have officially called it quits. Celebuzz is reporting that
The pair decided to end their rekindled romance after an ill fated trip to Nashville last week, where the Bon Jovi rocker, 52, was scheduled — but failed — to present on stage at the CMT Awards after a monumental blow-up, a source said.
“It’s over,” according to the insider.
“They had an epic argument in Nashville and Denise told Richie she couldn’t continue the relationship any longer.”
Just earlier last month these two were looking smitten, supporting each other with the look of love in their eyes.
So what went wrong?
I can tell you what went wrong and I don’t even know the whole story.
And I know I am not too far off because even another source told the website that Richie wasn’t able to move past Richards’ close friendship with her ex husband and baby daddy.
Oh and I am sure that new Rolling Stone interview that Masheen did where he expressed how he wants to have sex with Richards again didn’t help matters either. More on that here.
Charlie Sheen is going to do a charity run in Chicago. Yes, the once booze hound slash crackhead is lacing up running shoes for a good cause. The chain-smoking former warlock has pledged his support to Pancreatic Cancer Research’s Dash for Detection. This is a 3.1 mile run or walk that is set to take place next month so Masheen has a bit of time to get into good enough shape to prevent a coronary.
In a post on his Twitter.com page, Masheen writes, “Hello Chicago!! I’ll be there to scoot… Walk or Run! Dash for detection for pancreatic cancer research June 2 in Chicago!”
I would pay to see this, actually! As long as handlers are dangling a bottle of Jack and a pack of smokes and photos of scantily clad women in front of Masheen’s snout the whole way, he’ll finish!
Now who says ex-spouses can’t work together?
Well, me, actually. I totally wouldn’t do it.
But apparently Charlie Sheen is proving that it is possible! He has enlisted te help of ex-wife Denise Richards to star in a new show titled, “Anger Management.”
Okay, irony, anyone?
And to further prove that fiction often mirrors real life, Richard’s character will play the ex-wife of Sheen’s character. But the idea of acting with each other isn’t entirely foreign, because apparently Richards showed up on an episode of Spin City (wow, remember that? Nope, me either) and an episode of Two and a Half Men. But Denise Richards will only be a guest star of the show, not a regular character, so there’s only so much fun we can ha
Anve with this.
d if your next question was if this show is based on that really stupid movie out a few years ago? The answer is yes! Although it’s loosely based on it, the general premise is still the same with harlie Sheen’s character as a baseball player with anger issues, who winds up with in unconvential anger management therapist. But this time Sheen potentially falls in love with his therapist, as played by Selma Blair. And that didn’t happen in the movie, did it?
Describing his character, Sheen says, “He’s flawed…He’s an ex-ball player who had anger issues, whose career ended because of an incident…trying to break a bat, you know, didn’t go well. He’s a guy that just wants to give something back.”
He also claims the eight days on this show were more fun than the eight years on Two and a Half men. Uh-huh. Yah. Sour grapes anyone? Although he does admit his desire for a “Torpedo of Truth Tour” being a tad “cringeable.” His honesty is refreshing, to say the least.
Can’t wait for Anger Management? Me too. so be sure to catch it on FX on June 28 at 9/8C.
Oh my dear Masheen. For those of you that know him rather by the name of Charlie Sheen, he stopped by the Today Show to chat with Matt Lauer about his battle with addiction and his upcoming show Anger Management. It seemed more of a hot mess if you ask me. But, not as big as a hot mess of his “winning” “warlock” related rants we frequently heard about this time last year.
As for that public meltdown, Masheen laughs it off.
Radaronline.com explains the interview much better than we ever could as I am still trying to decipher what he is even talking about:
“I’m going to start off with something that’s going to sound awful at first, but bear with me, okay?” Lauer told Sheen. “There were people who probably last year at this time were the place to bet that you might not even be around — and I mean, literally.”
Sheen joked, “I would support that, sure — I would have taken that action!”
Sheen said some of his antics during last year’s media blitz were “cringeable,” but “looking like a real insane wordsmith was fine.”
Lauer ran down a list of different projects Sheen’s been tied to since his parting from Two and a Half Men, including his new sitcom Anger Management and roles in commercials and the upcoming movie, A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III.
Sheen said after he parted ways with CBS, he “didn’t really have a plan.
“I was just — I guess the plan was to just reintroduce myself to America and to the media and just say, ‘Sorry about that. But here’s what’s happening now.’”
Asked about his oft-discussed partying, Sheen conceded he still has a drink every now and again.
Lauer said, “You’ve admitted issues with drugs: I don’t know one addiction specialist who would tell a guy in your position, ‘It’s okay to drink.”
“Well, if you do, I should probably go to that guy!” Sheen joked. “I have different theories about the whole thing: One of them is, ‘Park near the VIP exit!’”
Sheen, who noted his disdain for recovery groups during his diatribes last year, said “I don’t believe that whole — that whole piece of fiction that they insist that you have an allegiance to it, you know. But that’s just me — that’s just me.”
Asked if his Anger Management producers have made him agree to any stipulations regarding substance abuse, Charlie joked, “There’s no testing unless, you know, something obvious happens, I show up covered in blood, somebody else’s.
“No, but — and there’s clauses in any contract … they’re getting pretty serious about it. Well, there’s so much money at stake these days. I don’t blame them.”
At least he “gets” it now. Well, until his next episode.

It’s official Masheeners! The Masheen is coming back to television on June 28th in the premiere of his new FX series “Anger Management” and he is the star of the show. The once cracked out (at least we think he is sober now) actor stars as a therapist who has anger issues and explains why he decided to take on such a role.
Charlie said, “I chose ‘Anger Management’ because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept.”
We are hearing that the show is going to run this summer on Thursdays at 9:30 and is based on the “Anger Management” movie starring Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson film.
Will you be watching?
