She writes breakup songs to feel better about herself after she gets canned, but Taylor Swift claims that she goes into these relationships casually and she isn’t really the one who does the chasing in the first place.
And when it comes to writing these songs that she has raked in millions for is therapeutic. She recently told Elle magazine, “To me it’s just writing songs the way I always have. It’s me sitting on my bed feeling pain I didn’t understand, writing a song, and understanding it better. If people want to dissect the lyrics, that’s their right, but it’s all coming from the exact same place as where I started. It’s just something I do to feel better.”
That’s all fine and dandy, but something we did not know until now is that when T-Swizzle is dumped by a guy she’s not crying for him to come back. She explained, “If something’s done, it’s done. I don’t think I’ve ever yelled at an ex-boyfriend. Ever. I’m not a yeller. I’m not a fit thrower.”
She just reveals all in a song.
As for those rumors that she seeks out the next guy to chase, Tay Tay says that’s rubbish, yo. She said, “I’m sure if I looked up the latest Google Alerts rumor it would say I’m chasing somebody who doesn’t like me as much as I like him – people love that angle on me. They’re like, ‘Oh Taylor, coming on too strong again, chasing boys’. I never chase boys. They don’t like it!”
They don’t like songs written after them either, especially if they are being publicly humiliated. I know, I know she doesn’t name any names in her songs, but got damn. It sure as hell isn’t hard to figure it out!
